Exchange Points - Important Updates
Effective December 1, 2008
Bradford Mercantile has made important adjustments to how Exchange Points are accrued.
New Points Policy: $250 = $20 redeemable credit
By modifying how points are accrued, we have extended our points program to ALL merchandise. This means that even sale merchandise will accrue points. This will provide further value to you.
Redeeming Points accrued under previous policy:
Bradford Mercantile wants to recognize the points that you have accrued. Starting December 8, 2008, you can pick up coupons in the shop that have values that reflect the points you have accrued.
Coupon values are as follows:
Balance / Coupon Value
1-50 points / 5% off of merchandise valued up to $100
51-100 points / 10% off of merchandise valued up to $100
101-150 points / 15% off of merchandise valued up to $100
151-200 points / 40% off of merchandise valued up to $50
201-225 points / 50% off of merchandise valued up to $50
226-250 points / full $25 rebate/gift certificate
Bradford Mercantile regrets having to make changes to our customer appreciation program. Managing points on the “Exchange Card” has become increasingly difficult since we have relocated our business. Points from now on will be tracked in the computer, ensuring that point accrual is accurate and that your time spent at the cash register is as short as possible. By moving to the new system, we are forced to ‘zero’ out the points effective December 1. Because of this, we are offering coupons for all existing unredeemed points.
